These are the most comfortable shoes EVER! The minute I put my feet into these clogs it felt like I was slipping into an old favorite pair of shoes. I'm so glad you have Wide widths, it made it easy to find the right shoe and know it would fit!

As you can see from the photos, I had truly worn my Stegmann's out! I am on my 3rd pair of these but thought I would try the rubber sole instead of the cork. I have to admit, my puppy chewed the back of the one clog...they are long lasting, very comfortable and I think they are attractive!

This winter I searched for a replacement for an old pair of Haflinger slippers with crumbling cork and holes in the wool that were beyond repair. The Haflingers didn’t provide the support I now need for a house shoe. I wear Birkenstocks with the original firm footbed which helps with arthritis in my feet and big toe. My husband bought me a pair of shearling Boston Birks for Christmas but they were too narrow. Fortunately, I came across the Stegmann website. I originally ordered both the Original 108 and Woolflex in medium width. I knew immediately I would prefer a wide fit. I prefer a looser fit. (If you like a regular width Birkenstock I would suggest going with the wide width Stegmann. It allows for socks but is cooler for warmer weather when worn w/o socks. ) It was a difficult decision between the cork sole vs woolflex. I love the firm cork sole and that is what I’m used to. But I ended up going with the woolflex for a bit more cush and durability of the sole. The Woolflex does bend more at the toes but the toe grip helps support my big toe. They are also very supportive throughout. I got the dark magenta which is a rich, heathered wine color. I’m very happy with my choice. I ordered these in early Jan 2021 during the time when USPS was very slow with packages. It took 10 days to receive my package. However, I’m happy to say that when I ordered the exchange pair Stegmann sent them UPS and they arrived in 2 days.

I LOVE these shoes! The wool feels so fantastic on your bare feet but can also use socks easy leash. I have low arches and these give great support. I felt my feet actually a tiny bit sore (like muscle sore) after the first day but has gotten better. I think they make my feet work in new ways which is cool. Love how these strike the right balance between being cozy yet adept for quickly running around the house! Would like to find out how best to keep clean and neat! #bigfan

My first pair of Stegmann clogs are perfect! I wish I'd known about them years ago. I have bunions and a hammer toe on one foot and these feel good straight out of the box -- true to size (9.5W). The good feeling continues after wearing them for the past 3 weeks. I like that I can step out to get wood for the stove or to get the mail without changing into shoes. The wide width allows me to wear a pair of light wool hiking Danish Endurance socks with them for comfy winter warmth in a house kept on the cool side. In other seasons I would probably wear a normal width with no socks. The world of too many choices overwhelms me at times. I appreciate that Stegmann gives me choice, but not too much. These seem like they will last, but I know I can get another pair, when I need them.

I usually wear a 9.5-10 show in medium width but a previous pair of these clogs seemed to pinch my forefoot. I just received my order of 9.5 Euro wide shoes in blue. They feel like heaven scine I put then on. I use them mostly for house shoes and they have excellent support. My toe pain from toe deformities is gone.Thye might become my outdoor shoes! Highly recommend!

I bought 2 pair in different styles. I thought I would love these traditional clogs made without leather. I love them even more that I imagined. They are so comfortable! Shipping is blindingly fast as well. This is now my goto shoe company.

Having extensive foot issues (Plantar fasciitis, stress fx’s, torn ligaments & bone spurs) these clogs have been a godsend!

This clog fits great. I have such wide, short feet, so had little hope that yet another pair wouldn't fit. Well, surprise! They fit well from the get-go, my feet aren't squished and theres decent arch support. Win win!

Comfortable and supportive

I have worn Stegmans for over 30 years. They are the most comfortable indoor shoe in all seasons. Since I know my size it was easy to order on line. They arrived when they said they would in perfect condition. I continue to love these shoes.

I ordered size 8 wide and they fit perfectly. The quality is very nice and they work great as house shoes for me. They keep my feet nice and warm in the winter.

These are so comfy, light, love that the wool is breathable yet cozy... 10/10, recommend I got the wide in my usual size (7) and I think they are a little big, so if I could redo I'd probably go half size down (or perhaps try the narrow?)

Months ago, I developed a nasty case of Plantar Fasciitis in one heel from a pair of new shoes by a different, popular, company. I was literally hobbling, especially upon arising first thing in the morning.
My Stegmann‘s Woolflex clogs went from under the tree to on my feet Christmas morning, and I’ve worn them as house shoes constantly since then through today, New Year’s Eve. The heel pain is gone, and I walk naturally and without thought away from my bed. Such a gift!
I immediately took advantage of the much appreciated discount for teachers and ordered a pair of skimmers to wear at work. They are „Medium Wide“ though, so I hope they work. I do wish that more styles were available in true Wide widths. If they don’t, I plan to exchange them for another pair of clogs that I will actually keep in my classroom and wear during my workday.

I have some stability issues due to a stretched sacroiliac joint. My Stegmann’s keep me balanced and also stabilize my weak ankles. They’re a must have! I like the heavy “rubbery” soles better than the cork. I tend to wear out the bottoms on the cork “rubber”. Annoying, since the wool tops are perfectly capable of much more wear!

my only wish would be that you could make more of your products in a wider width!!
