Exchanges

Please place a new order for your preferred color or size, then start a return for your unwanted pair.

Returns

We are committed to providing a quality experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you can send it back for a refund within 60 days. All returns must be unworn, and in original condition. Refunds will be processed after returns are received and inspected.  

CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Stegmann offers Free UPS or USPS outbound shipping and returns within the Continental U.S. Expedited shipping may be available at a surcharge if offered. Returns can be processed online and will ship back to us via UPS. Returns for the Contentinental US can be managed here:https://www.stegmannusa.com/a/returns or through the button above.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:

Stegmann ships to Canada via UPS or USPS. Outbound shipping costs from the US to Canada will be paid by Stegmann.

NOTE - For Canadian shipments, payment of any duties, taxes or additional fees is the responsibility of the recipient/customer, and these fees may be collected at the time of delivery.

CANADIAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

NOTE - ALL return shipping costs as well as any related duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the Customer/Return requester. If any shipments are delivered to Stegmann with a balance due, these fees may be deducted from any refund balance due to the customer.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/FPO:

Stegmann offers Free outbound shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.

ALASKA, HAWAII, APO/FPO RETURN & EXCHANGES:

NOTE - ALL return shipping costs as well as any related duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the Customer/Return requester. 

If the Stegmann USA return portal above (not recommended) is used to create a shipping label, the full amount will be deducted from any refund balance due. Cheaper return rates can be found at your local Post Office. 

If any shipments are delivered to Stegmann with a balance due, these fees may be deducted from any refund balance due to the customer.

*Note: Orders outside the Continental U.S. such as Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Canada may take longer based on address. Expedited shipping is only available within the Continental US. 


Refused orders

If an order is refused by the customer the original shipping cost and return freight will be subtracted from the credit when the item is returned to us.

Our Warranty

We guarantee against material and/or manufacturers defects for six months with valid proof of purchase. Clogs are not guaranteed against normal wear and tear. Our clogs are well made using the highest quality materials and under normal use and conditions they will last for many years, but no shoe will last forever. If your shoes are in need of repair from normal wear, we recommend you take them to a local shoe repair location. Warranty inquiries should be made through the authorized Stegmann retailer where the original purchase was made, or directly to Stegmann USA via email at support@stegmannusa.com.
