🚚 Shipping Information

Flat Rate Shipping

  • $4.98 – Continental U.S.

  • $9.98 – Alaska & Hawaii

Orders generally ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 2-6 business days after shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Delivery dates are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe a package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly to open a trace.  If more help is needed, contact our help desk.


P.O. Boxes

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes must be delivered via USPS.


Fit & Sustainability

To reduce unnecessary shipments and environmental impact, we encourage customers to review our Size Guide before ordering.

🔄 60-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 60 days of ordering on eligible items.

If your shoes aren’t quite right, you may return them provided they meet the following conditions:

  • No signs of wear or dirt in/on soles
  • Clean of any pet hair and debris
  • Free from odor, damage, or alteration

We strongly recommend trying shoes on indoors only to assess fit.  Use a thin sock if necessary. 


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Visit our Returns & Exchange Portal and enter your order information to generate a prepaid return label.  You will need to enter the entire order number (starting with #ST- for an original order or EXC- if an exchange order) and your zip code.

All returns are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt at our facility.  If a refund is requested, depending on your bank, please allow up to 4-8 business days from the time we receive your return for processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing these items.


🔁 Instant Exchanges (Powered by Loop)

Need a different size or color? We make it easy.  We offer Instant Exchanges through our returns partner, Loop.

With Instant Exchange, your replacement item ships immediately after your request is approved — you don’t have to wait for us to receive your return first.  This ensures that the item desired is available.  


How Instant Exchange Works

To secure the exchange, Loop places a temporary payment authorization on your card. This is not a charge.

Once your original item is returned within the allowed timeframe, the authorization is automatically released.

If the original item is not returned within the return window, the authorization will convert into a charge.


Exchange Processing

All approved exchanges generate a new fulfillment order in our system to ensure quick shipment of your replacement item. These exchange orders follow the same 1–3 business day fulfillment timeline as standard orders.  Once the exchange order is placed you will begin to receive order and shipping confirmations via email as it works through our system.


Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges must be requested within 60 days of ordering

  • Limit of two exchanges per original order

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the Instant Exchange option is not chosen and your desired size or color is unavailable at time of return receipt, a refund will be issued instead.


🛠 6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty

Stegmann footwear is crafted using premium European materials and time-tested techniques.

We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty covers:

  • Verified manufacturing defects

  • Structural failures unrelated to normal wear

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sole wear from regular use

  • Improper care

  • Water or environmental damage

  • Fit-related discomfort

If you believe your footwear has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team with photos and your order number.


🌎 International Orders

Orders are only available to US States and Territories.  We do not ship internationally.

Shipping to Canada is temporarily suspended.


Chargebacks & Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of excessive returns, policy abuse, suspected fraud, or items returned outside policy guidelines.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted promptly.
