We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping for orders over $20 within the Continental USA. Free Exchanges and Free Returns are provided - you must print a label at home. 


Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st will have 90 days from the order's ship date to initiate a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are free. Gift returns and exchanges will require the order number and shipping zip code. 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of the order's ship date. 


Please follow the return link above. You will be prompted to choose between exchanging your shoes for a different color or size, returning your shoes, or exchanging for something new. Exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of your order's ship date. 

How our Exchange process works: Our Exchange process is automated and will provide free, pre-paid return labels to print at home for all qualified Exchanges. Please note: One (1) Instant Exchange is automatically provided for each item (Pair #1) in an order. When an exchange is requested, Pair #2 will ship instantly. In rare cases, if a third pair is needed our system cannot utilize the same Instant Exchange process to ship Pair #3. The Exchanged pair (Pair #2) would need to go through as a Return only instead of an Exchange.  A free, pre-paid label will still be provided to ship the return. Pair #3 must then be purchased as a new order. Instant Exchanges are the only type of Exchange we offer at this time. 


A free, pre-paid label can be requested through our online return portal. We are committed to providing a quality experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you can send it back for a refund within 60 days. All returns must be unworn, and in original condition. Refunds will be processed after returns are received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and for refunds to appear on your credit card. Care Accessories are not eligible for returns. Returns for Canadian orders are subject to different terms. 

Returns for Certain Sale Items

Items marked as 'Clearance' or 'Final Sale' in the title are Not eligible for returns or exchanges. Free outbound shipping will be offered unless otherwise noted on the product page. 


Free UPS or USPS ground shipping is offered for all orders above $20. 

Most orders will ship with UPS but some orders will ship USPS at Stegmann's discretion. If your address is a P.O. Box or APO/FPO location, it will ship USPS and be subject to USPS ground service timelines. Ground Shipments placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, will not be processed until the next business day. Weekend Deliveries are not available. "Business Days" are M-F, holidays excluded. Expedited shipping may be available at a surcharge if offered.

Orders placed before Noon (12pm) Eastern may ship the same day. Orders placed after Noon (12pm) Eastern will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday, excluding major US holidays). We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Inclement weather delays may extend the processing time and delay shipping. 

Returns can be processed online and will ship back to us via UPS. Returns for the Contentinental US can be managed here: or through the button above. 

Stegmann reserves the right to charge shipping and/or returns shipping on lower value items such as sale items and accessories. 


If Rush Shipping is available at checkout it is variable by shipping destination with zone based rates and is subject to UPS terms and conditions. Orders placed before Noon Eastern will ship the same day. Orders placed after Noon Eastern will ship the following business days (Monday-Friday).

Shipping speed is determined by UPS terms and observed business days. Please note: UPS does not offer weekend or holiday delivery. Rush shipping and 2 Day Delivery are not guaranteed by the StegmannUSA and are subject to UPS terms and limitations. Refunds will not be provided if order did not arrive in the expected time frame due to UPS terms. 


Stegmann ships to Canada via UPS or USPS. Outbound shipping costs from the US to Canada will be paid by Stegmann.

NOTE - For Canadian shipments, payment of any duties, taxes or additional fees is the responsibility of the recipient/customer, and these fees may be collected at the time of delivery.


PLEASE NOTE: ALL return shipping costs as well as any related duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the Customer/Return requester. If any shipments are delivered to Stegmann with a balance due, these fees may be deducted from any refund balance due to the customer.

Stegmann offers Free outbound shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses.


NOTE - ALL return shipping costs as well as any related duties, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the Customer/Return requester. 

If the Stegmann USA return portal above (not recommended) is used to create a shipping label, the full amount will be deducted from any refund balance due. Cheaper return rates can be found at your local Post Office. 

If any shipments are delivered to Stegmann with a balance due, these fees may be deducted from any refund balance due to the customer.

Refused orders

If an order is refused by the customer the original shipping cost and return freight will be subtracted from the credit when the item is returned to us.


Coupons and discount codes are active and applicable during the disclosed time period. Discounts and coupons cannot be combined at checkout. If an automatic discount is applied, another discount cannot be added. Discounts can not be applied retroactively to past purchases. Discounts cannot be applied to shipping or taxes. If a discount code was incorrectly applied, you may contact customer service for an adjustment within 3-5 business days. If an exchange is requested for an item bought at a discount, the new item may be discounted to reflect the original promotion price at the discretion of Stegmann Clogs. 


Our Warranty

We guarantee against material and/or manufacturers defects for six months with valid proof of purchase. Clogs and shoes are not guaranteed against normal wear and tear. Our clogs and shoes are well made using the highest quality materials and under normal use and conditions they will last for many years, but no shoe will last forever. If your shoes are in need of repair from normal wear, we recommend you take them to a local shoe repair location. Warranty inquiries should be made through the authorized Stegmann retailer where the original purchase was made, or directly to Stegmann USA via email at
