Not exactly what I was expecting

I've worn boiled wool clogs (the other brand) for years, and I decided to purchase a pair of Stegmann 108 Wool Clogs primarily because of one bullet point: "Merino wool blend upper - 1/2" thick." My Haflingers tend to wear through where the wool meets the cork, and I thought that Stegmann's might be more durable. The wool upper is probably less than 1/4" not even close to 1/2" thick. I don't know if this was a translation issue (1/2 cm to inches problem), or what, but I would ask that Stegmann correct this error. They do seem very nicely put together, but the insole didn't seem to fit my foot as well as my Haflingers do, so I'm sending them back.

    Loose Fit

The clogs are very comfortable but they are a very loose fit. When i wear socks they are a little better but still loose. i will continue to wear them around the house but i would not go very far outside with them on.
