Gift Card Delivery and Redeeming
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to on how to redeem them at checkout. The full gift card code is treated as currency and will only be visible to the purchasing customer. Once received, you will need to forward the email to your gift recipient as we do not have the ability to email it directly to anyone but the purchaser.
Processing and Balance Information
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Balance expires 5 years after purchase. Balance and remaining balance information can be requested through Stegmann Customer Service: email support@stegmannusa.com
Shipping & Returns
Flat Rate Shipping: $4.98 per order for the continental US. AK/HI shipping is $9.98 per order.
Free Returns & Exchanges: There is no cost to send items back; a pre-paid printable label will be provided.
Exchange Policy: Up to 2 exchanges allowed per order
Return & Exchange Window:
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of the order's ship date. Pre-paid labels can be requested via our online returns portal and printed at home.
