Original 108 wool clog in the snow

We love the winter here at Stegmann. The fun out in the snow, the comforting food, and cozy nights cuddling after a long day in the cold all make us smile. If you love winter and ski or snowboard, then there’s always a trip on the horizon to hit the slopes near or far.  At the end of your day, taking off those boots can be one of the best feelings in the world. Level up that cozy feeling by bringing your wool clogs from Stegmann.

When you’re planning which wool shoes to pack for the big ski trip, we recommend starting with our signature Original 108 Clog. The 100% Merino wool upper and orthopedically shaped sole and generous toe box will bring cozy relief to your feet after a day on the slopes. The rubber traction sole makes them safe and practical for winter relaxation, cooking, and more. The shoe is well loved by customers with foot pain and comes in both a women’s medium and wide for a custom fit.

For a cozy wool clog with a story to tell your travel buddies, pack the  EcoWool clog. It’s a favorite for its sleek design and sustainability story. The men’s and women’s EcoWool clogs are made from special heritage wools sourced from small farms practicing sustainable and cruelty-free farming. Pictured here is the Juraschaf colorway from the wool of the Juraschaf (sheep), which is native to Switzerland. The wool helps these hardy sheep thrive in tough alpine conditions and can help you do the same. This clog is part of our  Species Preservation Initiative and helps support this rare breed. If you love to add a bit of fun and color to your après-ski gear, the alpine-inspired retro embroidery on the Edelweiss Clog will do the trick. The design is back by very popular demand from Stegmann clog loyalists. The Edelweiss clog was part of the Stegmann clog line during the 80’s and 90’s but was discontinued nearly 10 years ago. Embroidered in Tyrol, Austria, the floral ribbon pays homage to the Alpine heritage of the 130-year-old Stegmann brand. Each wool upper is crafted in Stegmann’s private facility in Austria.

Don’t Forget to Protect Your Wool Clogs

Use our Wool Felt Care Brush to gently brush off pills, dirt, and other debris from your wool clogs. Gently swipe in one direction and watch it all disappear. Your wool shoes will look good as new. Our Cork Sealer is specially formulated for Stegmann cork and latex blended footbeds. Wipe down your wool shoes first, and then brush on a thin layer of the sealer with the easy applicator brush.
