Size & Fit Details

Please check 'Size Chart' above before ordering. This is a Medium (B) width clog with a generous toe box. Order your usual shoe size if you plan to wear socks or have a higher volume foot. We recommend sizing down 1/2 size for barefoot wear, or if you prefer a snug fit. This clog will loosen slightly with wear, so many women prefer the clog to fit a bit snug out of the box.

Designed for indoor and outdoor wear. This clog does not have a removable insole or insert - the upper is a single, seamless piece of wool. This width is what you may be familiar with for 90’s and early 2000’s Stegmann wool clogs.

Tried and true

I've been wearing wool clogs for years and love the support they give me. But this time around my husband and I have had a devil of a time ordering the correct size online as there are none available nearby. He's dropped from a 9 to 8 .5 and I'm no longer a 9 but an 8. It took many tries to FINALLY nail that size down. Something has changed in the sizing, so beware.

Three years in and still love them

Bought them during CoVID and have pretty much worn them most everyday for the past 3 years as house shoe, errand shoe and now even my office shoes. When I wear something else and then return to these, my feet practically sigh with relief. I have high arches and very narrow feet. A tear at the toe has developed but I have worn them so relentlessly and too often out into the garden, no fault of the shoe. I reckon they have cost me 13cents/ day. I will be buying a new pair this Fall.
