I love these shoes and bought in 2 colors. Took less than a day walking around house to break them in. They were comfortable at a 10 hour work event.
I'm usually a 8.5W and bought these in 8.5 regular with no issues which is not usually the case.
I hope Stegmanns continues to offer shoes that work for people with wide feet.
These are the sturdiest, most comfortable shoes I own. At first I thought everything was wrong with them. Too small. Too stiff. Too tight. Rubbed in all the wrong places. I wore them around the house and now they have completely molded to my feet. No pain. The perfect size. And provide support for days. Whenever I wear them I get compliments and questions about them. I’m a Stegmann wearer for life (and not just because I expect this pair to last a lifetime!).
My 4th pair, I now have all 4 colors! I love these sandals, they offer good support and you can walk all day in these sandals, and no pain!
We have other Stegmann shoes and love them. Husband had a hip replacement and likes the slip-on style.
I am reluctant to order shoes on line, but am so glad I did. I like that this sandal is adjustable (I did need to adjust to make them a bit tighter) They are very comfortable right out of the box. I will be ordering this brand again.
Beautiful Quality as usual- but. When the lining changed from wool to leather, the grip of the shoe on my foot while wearing socks was lost. They kept slipping off. I was really disappointed and I returned them. Please bring back the wool lining.

The reviews are correct - these are comfortable and supportive out of the box. I have a minor neuroma in my left foot and this style supports my arches and I can go a whole workday with no pain - out of the box.
Pay attention to the sizing! I went up a whole size from a 9 (my usual size) to a 10 to accommodate my toes. There is a very short toe box. I don't have exceptionally long toes and they touched the front edge in the 9. I had to do an exchange. Unless you have especially short toes, do yourself a favor and size up on your first try.

The shoe looks great and the toe box is comfortable - especially if you have bunions. Be aware that if you have narrower heels, you will need to add some type of pad to keep it from slipping.
Well made shoes, comfortable, good arch support, do need to break in a bit. Also the inserts slide around a bit on the heel, smooth rubber on top of felted wool, so needed to use a little shoe glue to hold them in place
I love these boots. I’ve had them about two weeks now and they are very comfortable. I’ve walked a lot in them- no foot pain at all.
The color is lovely an unusual shade of red which completements any color you might be wearing. The softness of the wedge adds height and makes the shoe very comfortable to wear. the velcro straps make it easy to adjust for a wide foot.

These slippers immediately fix my plantar fasciitis and are incredibly supportive and comfortable for my high arch, wide feet.
