Replacement Insoles Size Guide
All Stegmann insoles are lined with natural wool for soft, breathable comfort against your feet. Wool naturally helps regulate temperature and manage moisture, keeping feet comfortable across seasons. It also helps reduce odor while adding a soft layer of cushioning underfoot.
How to Choose Your Insole Size
Whole size? Order the same size as your Stegmann shoes.
Half size? Size up to the next whole size and trim the insole to fit. For example, if you wear a US 8.5, order a size 9 insole.
Using Stegmann Insoles in Other Shoes
Our insoles are designed specifically for the toe box, heel shape and overall profile of the Stegmann styles they were made for. We cannot guarantee an exact fit in shoes from other brands or Stegmann styles they weren't designed for.
If you're purchasing an insole for another pair of shoes, we recommend sizing up and trimming it to match your existing insole.
Trimming Tip: Remove the existing insole from your shoe and use it as a template. Place it on top of your Stegmann insole, trace around the edges, and trim a little at a time until you reach the desired fit. We recommend trimming only the toe end.

Please Note: Not all EU size mapping is the same from brand to brand. We always recommend starting with your regular, measured US shoe size when choosing the correct fit in Stegmann. EU sizes here are Stegmann only conversions, and not comparable to other European brands.
