the shoes were a bit large so I had to return them but I just want to say I was blown away by the customer service! They were so prompt on an answer each time I was in touch with them (and there were a couple of times). I cannot say enough how impressed I am.
I bought these in burgundy and they look so cute, but they're just a tad too big. I think its mostly the width, but I'm going to try a 1/2 size smaller in hopes they will fit me. I wear a size 8.5 in running shoes, but I have Stegmann clogs (with an open back) in a size 8 so I ordered an 8. Alas, they flop off of my heel. Fingers crossed the 7.5 pair isn't too tight!
These are so cute and I wanted to like them, but they slipped off my heel even when I sized down twice. The heel piece needs to come up higher and be tighter, so that they don't slip off when walking.
