Good fit; just a little snug but normal wear should correct this.
I was dubious about this brand because I had never heard of it and it was on FB. I did some research and took the plunge. They felt tight to begin with but after about 3 days walking around inside my house the leather had stretched enough that I knew I had a keeper. Now wearing them regularly and waiting for sales.

Styling is perfect, also great arch support, which is why I ordered them.
Very sturdy design. I’m typically a 7.5, but purchased the 8 since there were no half sizes. The width was perfect, however the length is a bit long. I have the loop on the last hole and it seems to be ok.

If instructed to order up a size, follow those instructions. I ordered an 11 instead of a 10, and they fit perfectly.

I love these clogs! I had wanted something similar to the Birkenstock clog, but I can’t wear those at all, they don’t stay on my feet and don’t work with my bunion. I am wearing these without socks, but they are fine with thin socks too. I have been wearing the strap flipped over the top, since it isn’t necessary for them to stay on my feet. But I might use it on long walks. I have a narrow-ish heel, but need a wide toe box. These are a dream come true: beautiful materials, great arch support, quality craftsmanship, soooo comfortable.
I will only add: more colors please!
I currently have the Heidi sandal and I love it because it has two points of adjustability. This sandal only has one and I couldn't tighten it enough around my ankle. Otherwise, it's a super-cute sandal. Unfortunately, I needed a black sandal and it was the only style available in a size 12 (I'm normally a size 11, but followed the sizing recommendations.).
I saw an ad on Facebook and figured I’ll give them a try. I purchased the dark brown color in a size 41. I am usually a 10-10.5 and sized up as a precaution. Right out the box they are stunning 🤩. Tried one on and OMG those insoles! Fit was comfortable, there is a little slip in the heel, but that’s my fault I sized up but probably didn’t have to. I would like to get a black pair next
The Freya is a beautiful sandal. Amazing construction, quality materials. Unfortunately, my skinny ankles and narrow feet meant that the strap could not be pulled tight enough to secure the sandals to my feet. I was very disappointed, because I loved them and they were SO comfortable. But I had to return them.😢
Would love to see you make sandals in narrow widths, with straps just a bit shorter so they would fit smaller ankles. I would buy multiple pairs.
These were a bit tight in the toe at first but they loosened slightly very quickly and now I love the fit!
I just bought my second pair of these. They fit perfectly without irritating the pressure points on my feet. The hook-and-loop fastener around the heel makes it easy to get the correct tightness. The cork soles are the perfect height and perfect cushioning for me. Very happy with them.
I have such a hard time finding the right shoe. I have high arches, a heel spur. This shoe has the right arch support and it fits so well, not clunky like other clogs but sleek and stylish. Very complimentary and well designed. I’m looking forward to purchasing another pair ..maybe the loafers. Very pleased with my purchase.
I wear 7.5 so I followed recommendations and ordered an 8. It came too large so I’m exchanging it for a 7. Otherwise the shoes are well made, with good leather and I like the colors. I will purchase more in the future. Thanks for the easy return and exchange policy!
I like the shoes and have worn them once for far. When I looked inside I saw no mention of the material from which the shoe is made. I found this unusual?
Fit perfectly right out of the box. Ordered my regular size 8.5 and it fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and I wear them around the house all the time.

These clogs would have been my third purchase from Stegmann. Right out of the box I knew they wouldn’t work for my foot - high arches. I wish they had, I loved the style.
The wool clog is stylish and well made. They are comfortable and the sizing is right on. Even with constant wear in and out of the house they seem to last forever. I very much appreciate the fact that they are made in Europe and not in some eastern country.
The shoes are nice and seem comfortable. They were a little too big for me and the next size down was out of stock so I returned, but wish I could have exchanged them. I took one star off because they advertise free returns but they actually charge $10.
A comfortable classic shoe. I also have it in the violet. Someday I hope it comes in navy so I can buy that color too!
Love the sandals. Very comfortable and true to size. I ordered a 9 ( my usual size) and they are perfect.
