These are possibly my 10th pair of Stegmann Wool Clogs. Seriously. Been wearing them for over 10 years - even have my husband wearing them. I have a pair for wearing only in my home. I have a pair for only wearing at work. I have a pair to go outdoors in. I have a pair in my car jic! Truly, they are so comfortable I can barely bring myself to wear anything else. The wool construction is super cozy, keeping my feet cool in the summer (no sweaty feet here!) and warm in the winter (but not too warm!). The arch support is perfect and I love the new bright colors (although I seem to have missed out on the red). Get them - and don't forget to size down a bit. I only wear them barefoot and order a size 8.5. My feet are wide and in dress shoes I can take a 9.5 or 10 depending on the width. Just so you know. Also, customer service rocks! ♥♥♥♥♥
These wool clogs are the most comfortable slippers I have ever purchased, and I own slippers from two other high-end companies. The arch support fits my foot perfectly. I did not actually receive the lime, as there were no more in my size, but I am completely happy with the substitute color. The customer support from this company is outstanding, and shipping was prompt. Highly recommend.
I finally got the right size , half size down. Fit perfect, I'm suspost ti be wearing couple hours a day to break in, but they r wide enough to balance me out.good support. They are not cushy on the inside , but very supportive. I have really bad feet & the support helps a lot. Hope u enjoy them
I've tried other brands and only the Stegmann fit the best.
**Current sizing for wool may be different than in the past, please check for your correct size before ordering**
Stegmann wool felt clogs are felted on a European last, which results in a more generous fit. They will also loosen slightly with long term wear as the felt compresses. The Stegmann clogs of today may be wider than styles you have bought in the past.
Our leather clogs fit true to size and will loosen only slightly with wear. Leather is available in US Whole sizes only. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up. If you prefer a very snug fit or have a narrow foot you may consider sizing down.
If you're looking to replace an older pair of Stegmann Clogs with the same size, we've provided all of the sole dimensions for you below. Many of our loyal, long time customers tell us the fit has changed a bit over the years, so we provided these charts so you can be certain you're getting the same size clogs as the old pair you love. Simply measure the widest and longest points on the bottom of the shoe to match with our measurements. As a rule: when in doubt, size down in wool felt, and size up in leather.
