Sales and Discount Exclusions:
- Sales and Discounts cannot be applied to Ecowool clogs.
- Accessories may be excluded depending on the sale.
- Sale items do not qualify as a qualifying purchase for a BOGO promotion.
Shipping for Clearance Items
Items marked as 'Clearance' in the title are Not eligible for Free Return Shipping. Free outbound shipping will be offered unless otherwise noted on the product page. If a return or exchange is placed for a Clearance item, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the order refund.
Do coupons not work for some products? I can't enter the discount code.
Coupons and discount codes are not applicable to EcoWool products or some accessories.
Can I use more than one coupon code at a time?
No, coupon codes cannot be stacked. If an automatic coupon is applied to an item in your cart, you will not have the option to enter an additional coupon code for that item or that order. We suggest making separate transactions if you wish to apply more than one code.
Can I return or exchange a pair of clogs that I bought on a BOGO sale?
Yes you can. We assign the value of the return or exchange to the lowest priced item.
For example: If you purchase a $140 clog as a qualifying BOGO item, then receive a 20% on a promotional pair that costs $125, you will pay $100 for the second pair - a $20 savings. If you try to return the qualifying pair that cost $140 we will deduct the $20 savings from your refund and will refund $120 for the qualifying pair. Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.
DISCOUNTS, SALES & PROMOTIONS
Coupons and discount codes are active and applicable during the disclosed time period. Discounts and coupons cannot be combined at checkout. If an automatic discount is applied, another discount cannot be added. Discounts can not be applied retroactively to past purchases. Discounts cannot be applied to shipping or taxes. If a discount code was incorrectly applied, you may contact customer service for an adjustment within 3-5 business days. If an exchange is requested for an item bought at a discount, the new item may be discounted to reflect the original promotion price at the discretion of Stegmann Clogs.
Free outbound shipping is provided for most items. Shipping may be charged for some items and will be indicated during the checkout process. Free shipping and shipping charges are at the sole discretion of Stegmann USA.

Final Sale Items
All Final Sale items will be indicated as such in the product name. A disclosure that the item is marked as Final Sale is also located within the product page on Stegmannusa.com. An item purchased with Final Sale indicated is not eligible for return or exchange for any reason. Any known defects are listed on the product page. Failure to understand that the item was Final Sale, or lack of awareness that the item was Final Sale does not constitute an eligible reason for a return or exchange.
