Size & Fit Details

Please check 'Size Chart' above before ordering. The Sofie fits like a traditional women's dress shoe and is narrower than our wool clogs. Stretch felt panel helps accommodate a variety of foot shapes. Will fit best on a medium to wide foot. Insole is removable. 

Sizes 6 - 9 we recommend ordering your usual dress shoe size, or sizing down 1/2 size for lower volume feet.

Sizes 9.5 + we recommend sizing up 1/2 size as many customers found these sizes to run short.

Fits and Feels Like: The Liesl Skimmer with added stretch and a little extra height. 

Optional Add On: Some women with a narrow heel have found this style to slip a bit. If this may be you, we recommend adding our suede Heel Grips to your order.

Adorable but Hard to Fit

These are adorable. Not as comfy as the Liesl, but very nice. I did have a hard time getting the size right, and they’re still not quite right, but I kept them and like them very much. These run smaller than the Lisel, at least for the larger sizes above size 9. Once I got the length right, my heel slips a bit. They are not too long, the size is right, it’s the shape of the shoe. I do not have a narrow heel. It looks like others have said the same thing. If my heel didn’t slip out and I’ve had to make that work with a few rigs, I would buy more colors. They’re this great, almost 70s retro but modern shoe. Really, I do love these, except for the fit is just a bit off.

Comfortable but..

Wish I could have tried on before purchase, very cute, comfortable and stylish, but one was a bit larger than the other causes it to slip off my heel when walking, I ordered some no-show socks to try in hopes the hold a grip.

adorable and comfortable

These shoes are perfect for fall and spring. The wool footbed is cozy and warm — not sweaty. I have somewhat of a large foot (size 9 in these), and somehow this style my feet look smaller. The red color is gorgeous.
